EBK GP is a brand-new E-bike racing series, established in the UK but with a commitment to delivering a calendar of global events.
Retained as an agency from the outset, Whistle has worked to establish the series as both a fan-centric, sustainable and socially-driven championship – as well as a business proposition that can attract commercial backing.
Whistle has worked hand-in-hand with the series from conception to reality, helping to establish its digital media channels, defining its communication strategy and supporting it in creating a buzz through a series of news releases that will come on stream in the summer of 2023.
A pilot B2B social strategy in late 2022 proved valuable for EBK GP and enabled us to generate a series of thought-leadership pieces on LinkedIn to communicate key elements of EBK GP’s ethos. Social reporting was then used to demonstrate which elements of the EBK GP story resonated with a potential commercial audience.
Whistle also oversaw EBK GP’s first-ever content capture event at a recent E-bike test, scripting and managing the production of several interviewers with key stakeholders and a series of social-focused short-form clips for deployment later this year.
